Venue hire food and drink prices are valid for 2025 but may increase if there are any changes to VAT or tax rates, other items in the package are based on 2024 prices and are subject to an annual increase
Legal work – Translations and Apostille stamps are not included in the above price. – ask for details.
The package price includes return transportation from Kamari, Perissa, Vlyhada, Megalochori, Fira, Firostefani, Imerovigli to our sunset view terrace. Transfers from Oia will be extra please ask for details.
Please note it is mandatory that return transport must be pre arranged for guests to depart the venue no later than 1am – the venue will not allow taxis to be ordered on the evening of the wedding
The menu included in the package is Traditional menu A, other menus are available – supplements may apply
All flowers in the package will be roses, daises and gerberas – other flowers can be arranged for a supplement.
Ceremony and reception drinks package at this venue are compulsory
Hire is for 9 hours and is between 3pm to midnight
The ceremony can accommodate 80 sitting guests with room for more standing.
Maximum capacity for the reception dinner is 100
Receptions will end by midnight at the absolute latest.
Outside terrace can only be used until 10pm live music is only allowed on the ceremony terrace at the ceremony time. (2hours).
Optional retractable roof and folding glass doors until 10pm to allow for full alfresco dining.
Roof terrace can only be used during the ceremony time at the latest until sunset and no food/drinks can be served there.
Fireworks, rice confetti, gold dust/glitter or tall candle holders are not allowed at the venue
Smoking is only allowed outside on the terrace
Music has to be lowered at 11pm and turned off completely by 11.45am.
Minimum fee for parties less than 20 adults
A fee applies to weddings that are postponed to the following year.
The in house DJ must be used, you cannot provide your own DJ at this venue, the DJ will not take individual playlists, instead we ask you to provide a USB of any tracks you would like playing on the night,  that he can play with his regular repertoire of music.
Tip is not included in the menu price and equals 7% of the total F&B cost. As the tip is equally shared to all staff members, it has to be paid only to the Reservations Manager or the Venue Manager during the Pre-wedding Meeting and not directly to the service team. We encourage our guests to reward our 35-40members crew working on their wedding day with the indicative tip.

Santorini is brimming with amazing suppliers, with many flocking to the island year on year to cater for the every growing wedding market. You can now get anything from donut walls to classic cars.

How to tailor your wedding packages abroad Santorini

However the rules in Santorini are quite strict when it comes to hiring suppliers, venues will typically only allow suppliers onsite that are fully registered and have paperwork to prove this. Paying in cash is never advised and it’s essential to have proof of your payments and contracts available for the wedding day (we suggest giving these to your wedding planner if you have one).

Packages Tailoring

As we mentioned in our previous article click here there are things in every package that most couples  tailor make, such as the colour/style of flowers, menu and drinks packages and style and flavour of cake, so we’ve listed below some ideas outside of these to consider when tailoring your wedding packages abroad Santorini.

Flowers/Decoration

Make sure you understand what’s already included in your venue hire fee when it comes to furniture and decoration, some venues are quite generous and in others you’ll get the bare minimum. Things that you may wish to consider are

  • Style of furniture – for example you may wish to upgrade the ordinary folded chairs to Chiavari or Ghost chairs.
  • Table flowers – you might want to change the style of table centrepieces or the colour and type of flowers to match your theme.
  • Gazebo – does yours come decorated? If not you may wish to consider adding tulle curtains or flowers on each post or along the top.
  • Table plan stand – not essential as you can often find a table to display this on,  but a nice addition if you have the budget, you can get both ornate and modern style table plan stands.
  • Cushions/Carpets – chill out zones are becoming quite popular in Santorini, this involves setting up a comfy inviting area away from the loud music for guests to retire too for conversation.

Entertainment

  • What music is includes in your wedding package? Santorini has lots of DJ’s and live musicians for hire, from harpist to saxophonists and pianists. Think about where in the day you wish to add music, for example live music at the ceremony ceremony or as background during dinner?
  • Fireworks or floor sparklers – great for adding a bit sparkle to your evening! And relatively much cheaper than at home in the UK.

Photographer

  • Do you wish to work with a specific photographer? Or have longer with them?
  • Have you considered a pre or post wedding shoot? I’d love to see a ‘Trash the Dress’ Shoot in Santorini – maybe one day.

Videography

  • One of the biggest regrets from a recent poll we ran was not having a videographer. Whilst nothing can replace amazing wedding photographs they don’t capture what is said during the ceremony or speeches. I for one forgot what I said during the ceremony as I was so emotional and caught up in the moment, I love watching our wedding video back.
  • Drones are becoming increasingly popular in Santorini, our videographers will make sure you meet all the legal requirements needed to have a drone. They do make a fantastic addition to a wedding video. The views in Santorini are just tremendous.
