‘I just wanted to thank you for everything the day was just perfect and exactly what we had hoped for’
Venue Beach Wedding & Mountainside Reception • Date 24th August 2022 • Number of Guests 23
Sashelle is one of the kindest, most trusting and laid back brides I’ve every worked with, even our ‘on the day’ team couldn’t speak enough about how lovely she and the whole wedding party were! Sashelle put 100% trust in us to make her dream wedding come true, and apart from a few inspiration photos, she left the rest to us. Even when the weather decided to be difficult there was no panic, she trusted us to make the best possible decisions and with some last minute tweaks the day was even more magical! I mean just look at the dramatic sky!
Thank you so much I have not stopped recommending you guys ! I cannot believe how much you all have done for us even Emma making my favours for me !!
I have nothing but amazing things to say about everything and everyone involved ! I’d absolutely love to leave a wonderful review and more than happy to share our wedding story.
Truly the wedding was the most magical day
Sashelle & Daniel
Why did you choose to get married in Kos?
We chose to get married in kos because of its stunning Sandy beaches and it’s Crystal clear waters, a family friendly destination which we found great for our children, the kindness to the cats and the pure beauty of the entire island, so intimate and so romantic
How many people did you invite to your wedding and how many accepted?
We only chose to invite immediate family and our very closest friends so there were 23 In total including children, we invited 30
Tell us about your dress?
My dress was a Madi Lane – Dahla and I actually bought it from a local shop in Uckfield called Fross , it was in her sample sale originally £1600 and I got it for £800 it came with a stunning detachable cape too.
My shoes – I had my heart set on these lovely low wide heeled Dune shoes and my sweet friend who is scared of flying bought them for me as a gift so she could be with me in the form of a shoe on my special day!
and the groom?
Daniel wore a bone coloured Levi shorts with a white shirt and brown braces finished with olive coloured bow ties.
The bridesmaid dresses were a rushed purchase from WED2B in Brighton they were a rushed order as I had left it a tad late, they arrived a week before we left the UK these were sage green Yvonne sharp is a fantastic seamstress and she managed to squeeze us in and alter them beautifully, each bridesmaid had a different style but in the same colour
My flower girls all wore ivory dresses that we found online I altered these myself to make them fit the little ones just right – I had 6 little ones and 3 adult bridesmaids.
How did you choose your wedding colours?
We chose very neutral tones for our wedding as I find them very calming and reflects our style perfectly, we also thought the wedding would then look timeless.
Too many best memories but watching all the children paddle in the sea in their wedding attire was a very special moment I could have watched them for hours.
What do you think makes a wedding abroad stand out from a wedding in the UK?
Absolutely everything , the way I have been looked after I feel like a princess every tiny detail ! Just to turn up at my wedding not knowing what the decor / cake ect were going to be like and then seeing it all just so stunningly put together
My advice to future brides and grooms is do not stress, these incredible people know exactly what they are doing and they will go above and beyond to make sure your day is perfect so leave it all in their amazing hands.
