I like to think of our day as being very romantic & pretty. Just simple elegance with lots of flowers.
What was your inspiration for this theme?
Santorini to me is a beautiful place & the views are absolutely amazing. The venue we chose was the perfect location to incorporate our vision of pretty & romantic with stunning scenery and an amazing party atmosphere for our family and friends to enjoy.
What colours if any are you incorporating into your day?
The colours we’ve chosen are quite neutral. We’ve chosen to have mostly gold, ivory, champagne, but with a hint of pink/peach to brighten it all up. I’ve used all different sources for my ideas such as social media, magazines, Pinterest. There are lots & lots of wedding magazines even pocket size ones that are perfect for your handbag, so you can still continue to plan even whilst travelling.
Tell us where you have found inspiration from?
I have been looking at photographs of dresses, hairstyles, makeup, flowers, venue decor. The best way I’ve found to see your ideas come to life is to use Pinterest because the app provides you with a lot of different ideas by different people & if you see anything you like from your searches, you can just create a board & pin all of your ideas to it. You can also change the settings for this board so that no one else can view it. Alternatively, if there’s certain people such as the groom, maid of honour, or mother of the bride etc, whom you would like to share your ideas with, you can choose to do this too.
