Now I’m a BIG fan of homemade cards, it’s a fun pastime and you really have to think about the content rather than just purchase something off the shelf. You can research inspired love poems, get crafty with some scissors and sequins or if you’re creatively gifted then an illustration or fun drawing.  Youtube literally has a video on ‘how to draw’ almost anything. So no shortage of ideas, and I’m pretty sure this will be one card he’ll keep rather than throw out with the recycling.

Valentines Breakfast 

The ultimate treat surely? Especially if you’ve got little ones as they can get involved too. Whatever his favourite fancy breakfast is, accompany it with a single red rose, his favourite drink and you’ll be onto a winner of a day.
