A bouquet of local flowers including chrysanthemums, lilies and roses is included in your wedding package. Upgrades include bouquets of all roses or exotic flowers (e.g. calla lilies, orchids, peonies). Please let us know what flowers you would like in your bridal bouquet

Included in your wedding package is a photographer for the ceremony up until the cake cutting at reception. Please refer to your wedding package to see if you have any hair and makeup included. Would you like information about extra services such as hair and makeup for the bride, or hair and / or makeup for bridesmaids, flower girls or mothers of the bride or groom?

Bride's transport is included and mandatory within your wedding package (unless having a villa wedding therefore bridal transport isn't needed).Usually the groom will travel with the guests by coach (if guest transport is arranged) to the ceremony venue and the bride will go in the wedding car (this is the wedding planners car which can seat up to 4 people including bride).If you have separate ceremony and reception venues then the bride and groom will travel from ceremony to reception in the wedding car.Please indicate on the extras sheet if you would like to upgrade your transport. E.g. upgrade bridal car to mercedes or grooms arrival by speedboat.Have you chosen to upgrade your transport?

Please refer to your wedding package to see what (if any) transport is included for your guests. If you are providing transport for your guests this will be from one hotel pick up point. If additional stops are required there will be an additional cost. At the end of the evening guests can either get taxis or we can provide return transport. Please indicate below what transport is required for your guests. (prices can be found on your extras price list)

Due to cross contamination risks in the kitchens at the venue, some of which are very small, if anyone in your party has any food allergies that could lead to serious health risks then we require the food group be left out of the menu completely, for example nuts or shell fish. Please indicate below if this applies to anybody in your wedding party and if you have any other guests with special dietary needs? e.g. vegan / vegetarian / gluten free / nut allergy.
