We’d like to keep the flowers in our existing package as they are. (We’ll adjust the amount of table arrangements needed depending on your guests numbers) 2. We’d like to keep the flowers in our existing package and add a few more or personalise the ones included. 3. We’d like to send our ideas for completely different flowers/decoration. N.B. for this option we will need to know what your additional budget is for flowers and decoration before sending for quotes, flowers in Santorini are surprisingly expensive so this information will help us manage your expectations and avoid disappointment.

Each venue is very different, some can accommodate 8 to 10 people per round table, others have long tables (ask us about your venues table capacity). Your are welcome to bring your own table plan and name cards for us to set out for you, It's important the names on the table plan match exactly those on the name cards so our team can set them out with ease. If you have any questions regarding your table plan please ask below. Table plans are normally rested on a table against a wall directly next to the dining area, if you require an easel then these can be hired for an additional cost, please ask for details. If you're venue has a table plan form to complete this will be advised to you and sent at the final planning stage.

Some venues allow fireworks and they are a fantastic way to add the WOW factor to any wedding. If your venue doesn't allow Fireworks don't worry, we've already included floor sparklers in your wedding package, they look incredible when having your first dance or cutting the cake! The floor sparklers included are 8meters high. Also here are some further ways to personalise your day, please tick which you would like more information about. Price guidance based on the current season is given where available as a very rough guide.

You will find attached a sample itinerary for your wedding, this is based on the information we have at present. This will ofcourse change as more information is gathered and we learn more about your plans.
